2024 Treatment Plan to Lower Cholesterol

2024 Treatment Plan to Lower Cholesterol

Cholesterol is telling me I have inflammation, so an anti-inflamatory diet would be ideal. Liver makes 80% of cholesterol and 20% from the small intensins. Cholesterol is like the fire extinguisher to put out the fire of inflammation. Better to reduce inflammation than to reduce cholesterol. To reduce inflammation – take Vitamin D and bile salts supplements. Relax – stress is very damaging to the liver.

  1. Mind
    • Are you afraid to involve yourself in situations that would bring you joy and happiness? (Your Body’s Telling You Love Yourself by Lise Bourbeau, Illness – Arteries p.84)
    • Medical Doctor – Dr. Taylor Roach
  2. Body
    • Diet – eat foods high in Arginine amino acid (see below, such as pumpkin seeds, almonds, etc)
    • Diet – reduce consumption of sugar and carbs (starches)
    • Diet – fiber from vegetables which increases production of bile
    • Diet – stop eating bacon
    • Essential Oils
      • Liver – Patchulle and Rosemary (apply right side of stomach)
      • Stomach lower admonin – Oregano Oil apply to liver
      • Large Intestines – Clove Oil to my front waste line
      • Thymus and lungs – Cinnamon and Eculputus oil

    • Supplements – Candy Cleanse for 5 days from Herbally Grounded (I resolved some of these emotions so my body is cleaning up faster)
    • Supplements – Beet Clear for heart and blood from Herbally Grounded
  3. Heart
    • Love myself as Jesus loves me
    • Wellness Consultant – Rachel Gubler, learn what to start and stop doing
    • read The Mastery of Love
  4. Spirit
    • Acknowledge where I am and where I am going
      • Authentic, the highest emotional frequency
      • I accept all of myself (both the natural man and the spiritual/holy man)
      • I validate all the emotions I’m feeling/tasting. Yes, I accept I’m lonely right now but I am working on my plan to address it.
      • The colon reflects my ability to let go
      • The liver processes all of my emotions, so to reduce the load on my liver, I will validate/taste/acknowledge all of my feelings instead of denining them or living in them.
      • Stop flopping back and forth between I’m never good enough (driven to mask my insecurities) and lazy/content (no need to grow and improve – eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we die)
    • Pray to God, Ask/Seek/Know for help, direction and miracle to heal.
    • Use meditation and prayer on my fear of other people’s judgement of me
    • Inflammation is the body’s first step in regenerating and rebuilding following the resolution of conflict. (Your Body’s Telling You Love Yourself by Lise Bourbeau, Illness – Inflammation p.286)

Here is my blood work results from my doctor’s visit with Dr. Taylor Roach (https://doctor.webmd.com) at Vera Whole Health in Summerlin (Las Vegas NV) on 13 March 2024. Note I was doing both water and food fast for over 12 hrs before taking the blood test. Dr. Roach recommended three things in my telehealth phone visit on 3/20/2024: 1) I start taking 40mg of Atorvastatin/Lipitor (statin prescription drug) to reduce my cholesterol and my risk of having a heart attack or stroke, 2) exercise a minimum of 150 minutes a week, and 3) see a nutritionist about my diet.

lab results from blood testing

I need to ask for the Advanced Lipid Profile Test to measure 1) the Large Buoyant – Pattern A and 2) sdLDL is Small Dense – Pattern B which is what I need to be concerned about (see 7 Foods That Lower Bad Cholesterol LDL by Dr Eric Berg)

Problem

Diagnose with Familial Hypercholesterolemia (genetic). Other reasons for high cholesterol are 1) hypothyroidism, 2) kidney damage, 3) low bile from a fatty liver.

My LDL cholesterol which moves from the liver to the cells is too high at 200 and 130 appears to be the healthy limit. Note my HDL cholesterol which transports the cholesterol back from the cell to the liver is good. (Correcting High Cholesterol and LDL cholesterol on Keto Diet – Dr.Berg)
